This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for services offered through the Demo School website and mobile application (the “Platform”). This policy applies to students, parents/guardians, and other users who make payments or subscribe to services provided by Demo School.


2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • School fees paid online or offline

  • Application or registration fees (if applicable)

  • Any paid services offered through the School Management System


3. Fee Cancellation

3.1 Admission & Registration Fees

  • Admission, registration, or enrollment fees are non-refundable once paid, unless otherwise stated by Demo School in writing.

3.2 Tuition & Academic Fees

  • Tuition or academic fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

  • Cancellation of admission after commencement of the academic session will not be eligible for a refund.

3.3 Optional Services

  • Fees paid for optional services such as transportation, activities, or special programs may be eligible for partial refund at the discretion of Demo School.


4. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Demo School administration.

  • Requests should include student details, reason for cancellation, and proof of payment.

  • Verbal or informal requests will not be considered valid.


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake

  • Transaction failure where the amount is debited but service is not availed

  • Cancellation approved by Demo School management due to exceptional circumstances


6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 working days, depending on banking or payment gateway timelines.

  • Demo School is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment service providers.


7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any transaction charges, convenience fees, or payment gateway charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.


8. Cancellation of Online Services

Demo School reserves the right to cancel or suspend any online service or feature due to technical issues, maintenance, or policy changes. In such cases, refunds, if applicable, will be decided by Demo School management.


9. No Cash Refunds

All refunds will be made only through bank transfer or original digital payment method. Cash refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.


10. Policy Changes

Demo School reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of the revised policy.


11. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
